Abstract
The construction of the new countryside,a project related to politics,economy,culture,society and Party construction,is characteristic of comprehension,long time and complication.However,in practice,some regions,neglecting the central work of developing economy,are busy with superficial work.It should have a correct understanding of the construction of the new countryside to attain the comprehensive purposes of the project.
