Abstract
According to the study and investigation of the plant resource in Lianzhou City of Guangdong Province,the authors found that the rare and endangered plants existed in 31 families and 42 genera,summing up 45 species, among which there were 4 species for the first class conserved plants of China, 27 species for the second class.The present paper analyzed the species component,zone system and distribution characters.On the basis of the research,conserved strategies of these rare and endangered plants were put forward.
