On the Humanity of Bai Juyi's Allegorical Poetry

Abstract
Bai juyi,a great realistic poet in Tang Dynasty in China,completed over 170 allegorical poems,which embody intense humanity and the spirit of realism.This paper discusses the humanity of Bai Ju yi's allegorical poetry from five aspects:(i)eventful experience: the realistic reason of the formation of the humanity in his allegorical poetry.(ii)theory of realistic poetry: the theoretical foundation of the humanity of his allegorical poetry.(iii)creation of the poetry: the specific embodiment of the humanity of his allegorical poems.(iv)poetic form: the external unity of the humanity of his allegorical poetry.(v)the influence of the poetry: the lasting charm of the humanity of his allegorical poetry.
