Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect and nursing of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:62 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee treated with sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection,each time 2 ml,week 1 time,4 times for one continuous course of treatment,psychological care,the implementation of inform system,strict implementation of the principles of aseptic technique,proper functional exercise.Results:62 patients were followed up in 3-11 months,an average of 5.6 months.Lysholm score evaluation efficacy criteria,the total effective rate 74.1%.Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection and implement appropriate care measures could effectively alleviate knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
