Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan combined breviscapine on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases of each. The control group was given valsartan 80mg per day;the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given breviscapine 50mg intravenously per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment, every 3 months to give a course of treatment, all the patients were treated 18 months.Observed before and after treatment of urinary albumin excretion and serum C-reactive protein levels. Results The urinary albumin excretion of two groups decreased after treatment(P0.05,P0.01),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P0.01).After the end of treatment, the serum levels of C-reactive protein in the treatment group was reduced(P0.01),but control group was not significantly lower(P0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between the groups(P0.01).Conclusion Valsartan in combination with breviscapine can reduce the urinary albumin excretion, and reduce serum C-reactive protein levels in early diabetic nephropathy, have a better protective effect of kidney.
