Clinical observation of 80 cases Breviscapine injection for diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To observe the actual effect of erigeron injection for diabetic nephropathy(DN), and evaluate its clinical value. Methods: 80 cases of DN patients were randomly divided into observation group 40 cases, 40 cases were using Breviscapine injection therapy, as well as the control group, the foundation of diabetes treatment regimen alone, recording two groups of patients serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum albumin and 24 h urinary protein, for statistical comparison. Results: The clinical improvement observed was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the index group, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum albumin and 24 h urinary protein, etc. were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: Breviscapine injection for DN effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
