Abstract
Objective To develop the preparation of ornidazole suppository and establish the quality standard. Method PEG400, PEG6000 were used as suppository base and the drug concertration was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The curative effect of clinic were studied. Results The assay for dermination was convenient. The quality was controllable. The effect and the stability was satisfied. Conclusion The suppositort could be prepared simply and feasibly. It is worth expanding in the clinical usage of the preparation.
