Abstract

By using the Fluorescent system Se DAN β CD SLS,trace amount of Se in water can be detected directly. The optimum pH ranges from 5 to 8.The excitation wavelength and the emission wavelength are 379 nm and 540 nm.Especially, over the range of 0.001~0.6 μg/ml Se,the intensity increase linearly with the concentration of Se with the detection limit being 0.001 μg/ml.In this system, many common ions have little influence on the detection of Se.
