Abstract
The content of Ca,Cu,Mg,Fe,Zn,K,Mn,Na in the rhizome,stalks,leaf of medofenoxate were measured and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS)with digestion of HNO3+HClO4.The recovery is between 99% and 109.6% and the standard deviation of measurement is in the range of 0.2%—1.8%.There are significant difference in the contents of 8 metal elements of medofenoxate.The content in rhizome is in the order of CaMgKFeNaMnZnCu.The content of K is high in the leaf and there are rich content of Ca,Cu,Mg,Fe,Zn,K,Mn,Na in different parts of medofenoxate different parts of medofenoxate all have certain application value.
