Abstract
Monoclonal antibody has the high characterization, uniform structure and property. Its preparing technology is gradually perfect, and clinical application is widespread. Eighteen products have been launched for the therapy of human disease, and more than hundred monoclonal antibody drugs come into clinical trial. Recent progress in prepareing technology, clinical applications, and research of monoclonal antibody are reviewed in this paper.
