STUDY ON INDEXES SYSTEM AND METHODS OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF MINERAL RESOURCES PLANNING

Abstract

In order to induce the influence on environment which is caused by mineral resources exploration,and control pollution from fountainhead,one of the most effective methods is to implement environmental impact assessment(EIA) for mineral resources planning.Analyzing the general situation of the mineral resources planning of our country,and based on the characteristics of mineral resources,the paper brings forward impact factors of six environment components,which are the natural geographical environment,the landforms environment,the atmospheric environment,the water environment,the ecological environment,and social economical environment,also discusses the applicable methods for EIA of mineral resources planning,which are called the method of environment cost-benefit,and the method of sustainable development ability-based.It provides references for EIA of mineral resources planning.
