Abstract

College students career planning as an important factor effects the employment of graduates,and gets universal attention by institutions of higher education.Through surveying and visiting players of college students career planning competition,the paper analyzes the existing practical problems and the reasons when they plan their careers,and thinks about the countermeasures.It has an important guiding significance for enhancing the effectiveness of college students career planning.
