Career planning is of great significance both to individual and organization.People living in the modern time have not only regarded the career as a tool of living,but also attempted to realize their own life ideal in virtue of career.Therefore,college students career planning is important in particular.The present professional education in college focuses on guiding students to make a career plan complying with their interests,personality,and capability.By studying the management and countermeasures of college students career planning, this paper aims at assisting colleges to develop the education for college students career planning more rationally.
