Abstract
Reliability is an important index of electronic equipment. This paper discusses reliability index prediction methods, reliability prediction models, and reliability design for electronic equipment. A prediction example of the failure rate for higher precision multifunction switch-power in design is presented. The key parts and electronic components on higher failure rate are predicted. It is a reference to increase the reliability of the equipment being designed.
