Abstract
The marginal production effect of fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture was measured by the production function and the reason of the structural deviation was discussed in formulation and implement of fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture policies based on verifying the relationship between fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture and agriculture economic growth by Granger-Causality test. The main conclusions are that the insufficient investment of agriculture public goods greatly restricts the potential of agricultural sustainable growth, the input in agricultural science and technological research and agricultural infrastructure should be greatly increased to improve the allocation effect of fiscal expenditure to the maximum limit and the formulation and implement mechanism of fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture policies should be reformed and improved further.
