Abstract
In order to study the extract technology of ellagic acid from raspberry leaves. The content of ellagic acid was detected by HPLC. Three levels of the factors including ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, material-liquid ratio were selected for the design. The orthogonal experiment showed that the order of factors which affected the content of ellagic acid was ethanol concentration extraction temperature extraction time material-liquid ratio. The optimum conditions for the extraction rate were as follows: ethanol concentration 80 %, Extraction time 60 min, Extraction temperature 95 ℃, material-liquid ratio 3 ∶ 140(g/m L).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
