Abstract

In traditional society,colleges and universities built its campus order through ascribed roles,The transformation from secondary group to primary group,ethics-based pattern as well as homogeneous culture.In the social transformation period,the autonomous management of colleges and universities enables the relations of colleges and universities and students to transform from a single administrative law relationship to the co-existence of administrative law and civil legal relationships.A series of order elements and new mechanisms have enabled the order of colleges and universities to change and the original order has met unprecedented challenges.The conflicts between students and the colleges and universities are the products of interests re-sharing and rules reconstruction in the process of social transformation and it is an inevitable social phenomenon.It is an important mission of educational administration research to resolve the conflicts to reconstruct the order in modern china's colleges and universities.
