Abstract

Strengthening the transformation of scientific achievements in colleges and universities is for the needs of colleges and universities themselves, and their social obligations as well. In the transformation, local colleges and universities should put their own advantages into full play, specify and lay stress on the strategic task of serving local economy, and take charge of the several key links earnestly.
