EFFECT ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENT DISINFECTANTS ON DISINFECT INCUBATORS FOR PREMATURE INFANTS

Abstract

[Objective]To find the safe and effective antiseptics for incubator.[Methods]In the rooms for mother with infant,the incubators were randomly divided into two groups under the same surroundings.The boxes,operation windows,reservoir and mattresses were wiped by antiseptic of 100mg/L chlorine in experimental group.While,povidone iodine of 5g/L after being diluted into tenfold was used in control group.Then the degermation was analyzed.[Results]There were not significant differences between the two groups.Both of them could receive degermation.[Conclusion]Povidone iodine is fitter for incubators because of its lower toxicity,no stimulation and more stable nature.
