Abstract
The IR guided missiles and the threats to the aircrafts were presented briefly, and the current airborne self-protection countermeasures against IR guided missiles were introduced, which including IR stealth, IR decoy flare, IR jammer, directional IR jammers.The current situation and development trend of IR countermeasure systems and existing typical DIRCM against IR guided missiles were discussed in detail.
