On the Cooperative Idea of Administrative Law

Abstract

Administrative cooperation is a kind of activity of practical reason between administrative organs and citizens,legal persons,other organizations.It goes beyond the traditional theory of public-and-private law and regulatory administrative law theory,as a new idea and model of administrative law.Cooperation in the enforcement of administrative law as the requirements of market economy is a tendency of social history's development,with scientifically theoretical foundations.Administrative cooperation possesses values of many aspects,such as politics,economy and culture.And it is of practical importance for service-oriental government construction and building harmonious and trust-based relationship between administrative organs and the public.So it is necessary to strengthen doctrinal study of administrative cooperation and blaze new trail in constructing the system of administrative cooperation.
