Research on Legal Mechanisms for Administrative Cooperation

The existing administrative cooperation between different administrative organs relies too much on the initiative of the other side,rather than being regulated by legal provisions,thus ineffective.Strengthened administrative cooperation,in the author’s opinion,is the key to avoiding jurisdiction conflicts and making the most of the whole administration.In the progressing reforms on administrative system,rules and regulations should be drawn up to regulate administrative cooperation thus to construct a harmonious government ruling according to law.
