Abstract
Based on the fundmental principle of airborne radar calibration, this paper puts forward a new static active method to calibrate range and angle errors of an airborne radar with Bulk Acoustic Wave(BAW) located on ground. The work state of the airborne radar is consistent to the natural order while calibration,so the practical precision will be assured. The frequency will not be affected by the frequency excursion of the airborne radar because it is self-adjusted.Then the capability of the calibration system which has been tested in practice is described.
