Abstract

AGC is one of the most important parts of wireless telecommunication.From the view of project,this paper introduces the method of how to design AGC using ASIC but not DSP chipset,and how to set the parameter of an AGC.The AGC has passed the synthesize,place and routing on TSMC 0.18 μmCOMS,and has used in the 802.11 chipsets,ELAB2451 and ELAB2551 of Beijing Embedded System Key Lab.
