Multislice spiral CT manifestation and differentiate diagnosis of focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver

To investigate the CT manifestation of focal nodular hyperplasia of liver;and raise the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease. To collect 14 cases of focal nodular hyperplasia of liver by surgery and pathology confirmed,enhanced scanning was performed in 14 patients with multislice spiral CT multiphase scanning before operation.The CT manifestation was reviewed and analyzed. In 14 cases,On plain CT scans,12 FNH lesions showed uniformity or not uniformity low density areas.In the arterial phase,all lesions were vigorously and homogeneously enhanced,central low density scar can be seen in 10 cases.dilated arteries were seen in the center or peripheral area in 10 cases.In the portal venous phase and delayed phase,enhance degree decreased in all cases,10 lesions remained slightly high density or uniformity,4 lesions turned to slightly low density.Central scar was found in 10 FNH lesions and 6 demonstrated delay enhancement. The CT examination have some features,it is very valuable to the diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis in Focal Nodular Hyperplasia of liver.
