Research on Cold Chain Logistics Talent Training of Hubei Province

In recent years,the rapid increase of agricultural production in Hubei province,cold chain logistics ratio gradually improve,but at present,hubei province cold chain logistics operation and management personnel from ordinary logistics turned most,cold chain characteristics and operation norm to not familiar with,the serious influence to the enterprise service level and quality of ascension.Therefore,in this paper,on account of Hubei cold chain logistics characteristics,we first analyzed necessity,urgency of the cold chain logistics management of talent training,and based on this,put forward the Hubei province cold chain logistics management personnel training target,approaches,and the main mode.
