Route Selection and Analysis on Cold Chain Logistics Talent Training of Hubei Province

In recent years,the rapid increase of agricultural production in Hubei province,cold chain logistics gradually improve the proportion of cold chain logistics management personnel's practice ability more and more is also high requirements,however,is currently in the talent cultivation mode,college education stress to the theory teaching and practice teaching experience and weak,logistics professional students by the master of professional skills and perspective with enterprise needs and larger gap.Therefore,this paper applied cold-chain logistics management personnel training characteristics,first analysis of the cold chain logistics management of talent training,necessity,urgency,and based on this,puts forward the cold chain logistics management in Hubei province talent training,teaching system and the main path mode.
