Abstract
Objective To evaluate the display ability and the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) angiography. Methods The findings of MSCT angiography of 15 cases of aortic dissection verified by surgery and post processing technology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The anatomical characters and the relationship between aortic aneurysm or aortic dissection and neighboring organs could be visuslized clearly and directly by the reconstructed images, including the true and false lumina of aortic dissections, the lesion of false anurysm. Conclusion MSCT angiography and post processing technology has unique superiority not only for the diagnosis of the aortic dissection but also for the selection of treatment method, the observation of the curative effect and for the follow-up.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
