Abstract
In this paper,for zero-failure data(ti,ni) at moment ti,if the prior distribution of the failure probility pi=p{Tti} is quasi-Gamma distribution,the author gives the pi Bayesian estimation and hierarchical Bayesian estimation and the reliability under zero-failure data condition is also obtained.
