Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jin Chan itching capsules combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) ,oral 6 grain of Jin Chan itching capsule,3 times / d,and loratadine 8. 8 mg,1/d; The control group (60 cases) ,oral loratadine 8. 8 mg,1/d,a course of 4 weeks. Observe the clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 67% ,which was higher than 76. 67% of the control group,and there were significant differences between 2 groups(P0. 05) . Conclusion The curative effect of Jin Chan itching capsules combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is superior to the pure loratadine.
