Clinical Research of Runzaozhiyang Capsule Combined with Loratadine to Treat 60 Patients with Chronic Urticaria

Abstract

Objective clinical research of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with loratadine in the treatment of 60 patients with chronic urticaria.Methods 120 patients with chronic urticaria were randomized into treatment group and control group.The 60 patients in treatment group took 4 Runzaozhiyang capsules three times and 10mg loratadine once orally every day.The 60 patients in control group took the same loratadine as the treatment group.Both treatment and the control group received 4 weeks' treatment.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 91.67%,the control group 76.67%.There was a significant difference between the two group.Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with loratadine can treat patients with chronic urticaria effectively and safely.
