Abstract

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of photography in the portosystemic collateral shunts of portal hypertension with 64 silces spiral CT.Methods Twenty-seven liver cirrhosis patients were performed a 64-slices spiral CT together with MSCTP.MIP,VR and three-dimensional reconstruction MPR.The images of collateral shunts were estimated and compared with that of the operative exploration. Results The 64-slices spiral CT could demonstrate the compensatory circulation clearly, and could evaluate the pathological changes approximately.According to the imaging information, the operation findings were in accordance with the MSCTP completely. Conclusion The portography of 64 slices CT displayed portal venous system and compensatory circulation distinctly and stereoscopically. The portalgraphy of 64-slices CT is considered indicative for the surgical treatment approaches.
