Wen Tingyun's poems and Ci creation demonstrates clearly the trace from poems to Ci in the late Tang dynasty.As the first poet who contributed to Ci creation.Wen broke the limits of solemn poems and charming Ci.He was not only an important love poet,but also opened the tendency of colorful love Ci in the late Tang dynasty.Ci's charming and colorful orthodox style was established by him too.Since Wen Tingyun,Chinese literary poems stepped to the Ci creation and the door of Song dynasty's literature was opened.
