Abstract
The microstructure and properties of a new-type bainite steel were studied under different cooling rate.The results show that the microstructure under air cooling after austenitizing is lath bainite and a little amount of granular bainite;the tensile strength is 1380 MPa,the impact toughness is 99 J/cm2,δ=15.75%,ψ=58%,the hardness is 42.2 HRC,the new-type steel have a good combination mechanical properties.
