An Analysis of the Problems of Legal System of Minimum Life Security for City Residents

Abstract

The thesis has probed into the problems that lie in minimum level of life security legal system for city residents by concluding the problems in practice and analyzing from a theory perspective.Then it has put forward that the principal task in China is to strengthen legislation to protect the basic human rights and construct the harmonious society.
