Abstract
After the efficiency of housing resources allocation has basically been ensured,the key of next housing reform is to promote the establishment of housing security system in order to be fair in the field of housing. Thus,it is necessary to study the fundamental thinking and related policy on the establishment of Chinese housing security system.
