Study On China's Housing Policy and Housing Security System

Housing policy is a kind of public policy of a nation,to which the government applies all kinds of approaches and concrete measures to solve the housing problem.Stable and mature housing policy should be adopted by legislation for the housing security system.Based on the housing problems rising from different social and economic development stages,China should apply different housing policies,as well as strengthen housing security legislation to promote the improvement of housing security system.
