Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the flora distribution and drug resistance in Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma infection and provide the scientific accordance for the clinically antiinfective treatment.METHODS Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma cultivation and drug susceptibility test were performed for 1228 suspective patients with non-gonococcal urethritis by bioMerieux Mycoplasma IST2 kit.RESULTS The total positive detection rates of Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma was 31.8%.The positive detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu),Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and their combination infection were 79.5%,5.1% and 15.3%,respectively.The rate of drug sensitivity to quinolones, such as ciprofloxacin (9.3%) and ofloxacin (28.9%),was the lowest. The rates of drug sensitivity to pristinamycin (100.0%),doxycycline (100.0%) and josamycin (98.1%) were higher,to erythromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin and tetracycline were between 47.0% and 84.6%.CONCLUSION The infection rate of Uu is the highest in urogenital tract infection, the prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
