Research and Treatment on Main Engineering Geologic Problems of Zhaolaihe River Arch Dam

The dam of Zhaolaihe River hydropower station,a thin,logarithmic spiral double-curvature arch dam,is made of rolled concrete,with complex topographical and geological conditions on the position of the dam,which is chosed after many comparison and argumentation.Toward the principal engineering geological problems on the dam base,the authors took on scientific and proper measures in construction,which not only shortened time of stable construction,but also saved investment on the project.
