Analysis of clinical efficacy of octreotide treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis

【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of octreotide in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis. 【Methods】120 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis from January 2010 to October 2012 were cases,adopt the method of computer group divided into the observation group,the control group with 60 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis of given octreotide treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.【Results】The curative effect of therapeutic group were excellent in 35 cases,good in 20 cases clinical curative effect,3 cases,poor effect in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 91.67%; the control group 9 cases of good therapeutic efficacy,efficacy good in 37 cases,curative effect in 9 cases,poor effect in 5 cases,the excellent and good rate was 76.67%. To observe the clinical efficacy was significantly higher than that in control group,P0.05,with statistical significance. After treatment,the patients in observation group clinical indicators were significantly better than the control group,and were significant difference,P0.05.【Conclusion】For patients with acute edematous pancreatitis treated with octreotide on the basis of conventional therapy,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,is worthy of further promotion.
