Abstract

Non-public economy has become important power in Chine's economy, government more and more emphasize supporting and development of non-public enterprise, and investment surroundings will improve step by step, but there are some obstacles in investment policy, for government part, should make up encouraging policy, widen investment channel, for enterprise part, should regulate and set up correct investment concept, strengthen competence of market.
