Abstract

The improvement of the investment environment means not only the improvement of the hard environment, but also that of the soft environment.At present,soft environmenthas become the ceiling glass of attracting bid for inviting investment from overseas.To improve investment environment, we should sweep away the system obstacle in economic development, regulate the behavior of government, make room for private investment and make further improvement on foreign investment utilization.
