Clinical Significance of Troponin I in Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis significance of cardiac troponin T Ⅰ(cTnTⅠ) in patient with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:In 104 patients with AMI and unstable angina pectoris(UAP),the levels of cTnT and MB isoenzyme creatine kinase(CK-MB) were detected.Results:In diagnosis of AMI,the sensitivity of cTnT Ⅰand CK was respectively 100% and 83.7%,the specificity of cTnT Ⅰand CK was respectively 91.8% and 88.5%,specially the duration of positive cTnT Ⅰwas longer.Conclusion: cTnT Ⅰ was more sensitve,specific and more valuable in diagnosis of AMI.
