Abstract

Objective: To study the early diagnosis action of cardiac troponin T(cTnT) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Method: To analysis the changes of cTnT and creatine phosphokinase MB(CK-MB) in patients with 16 AMI and 35 no-AMI prospectively. Result: cTnT appears earlier in the patients with AMI. cTnT is more sensitivity and special than CK-MB for the diagnosis of AMI. Conclusion: Testing cTnT is one of an idea methods for diagnosing AMI early specially in basic hospital.
