Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect and application of a capsulorhexis technique used in phacoemulsification for white cataract. Methods Injected a lot of viscoelastic to fill anterior chamber, made a reversal T cut in the anterior capsule and shaped two triangle capsular flaps.Used the pinhead to draw out chyleo-cortex and injected more helon, nipped a corner of flap to finish CCC. Results The retrospective study covered 392 primary cases of white cataract,in which 395 cases finished CCC(98.21%) successfully. Conclusions The new improved capsulorhexis technique in phacoemulsification for white cataract can effectively solve the problem that overflowed chylo-cortex affected the process of CCC.At the same time reduced the capsule pressure and improved the success rate of CCC and phacoemulsification surgery.
