Abstract

Objective To discuss the methods and significance in detection of HBsAg negative and weak reactive serum samples, and supply proof for increasing the accuracy. Methods Using two-step ELISA and CMIA to detect HBsAg of 4 kinds of clinical serum samples[GroupⅠ: HBeAb(+);GroupⅡ:HBcAb(+);GroupⅢ: HBcAb(+) and HBeAb(+);GroupIV:HBsAg(±)],HBV-DNA was detected by FQ-PCR.Results In group Ⅱ,21.5% of 121 samples,HBsAg were weak reactive which were detected by two-step ELISA,16.7% samples were positive by CMIA;In group Ⅲ,45.4% of 55 samples were weak reactive by two-step ELISA,25.5% samples were positive by CMIA;In group IV,100% of 59 HBsAg weak reactive samples detected by ELISA were positive which were detected by CMIA.Conclusion For the HBsAg negative and weak reactive samples,it is important to use several kinds of methods to detect or use confirmatory test to confirm.
