Abstract
The problem of moral adoption and developing in market-economy is an important subject in ethics studying. Under the social mode of production namely socialized production, there is the harmony in value adoption between the 'moral being', who takes the conventional moral rule as the core, and the inherent requirement of the soclallzed production. As a result, the 'moral being'has the necessity to exist and develop in market-economy.
