ON THE REASONS AND THE POLICY OF BEING OUT OF MORAL CONTROL IN THE TRANSFORMATION PERIOD OF OUR SOCIETY

During the transformation period of our society,being out of moral control is a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently.The reasons for being out of moral control are as follows:the deficiency of moral theories and moral norms of socialism;the negative effect of market iconomy;the lack of legal system guarantee to moral construction;the transmation of moral education.To change the situation of being out of moral control,we must not only consummate the socialism moral system and strengthen the cultivation of moral personality.but also try to promote the process of moral legislation as well as to implement moral education.
