With the passive influence of anti-competitive activities on international trade becoming serious,the present ways against the anti-competitive activities are limited,so international society requires the multi-harmonization of competition rules in order to realize the real trade liberalization.With the link of realization of trade liberalization,to draw out competition rules in the framework of WTO is feasible and necessary.The module of the competition rules,the strength of international cooperation and the treatment toward developing countries should be paid more attention.
