Clinical Observation on Thrombus Clear Combined with Ganglioside in treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the curative effects of thrombus clear combined with ganglioside in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seven-six patients with cerebral infarction were divide into the treatment and control group with 38 patients each.Thrombus clear and ganglioside were used in treatment group,and troxerutin combined with citicoline were used in control group.Both groups were conducted by intravenous drip for 15 days.Results The obvious effective rate was higher in treatment group(88.7%) than that in control group(68.3%) with significant difference(P0.01).The evaluation score of imperfect extent of nerve function in treatment group after treatment is obviously lower than that before treatment(P0.01),which was lower than that in control group after treatment (P0.05).Conclusion The thrombus clear combined with ganglioside is good in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
